  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Time & Rates

  • We ship using reliable international carriers such as YunExpress, DHL, and others.

  • Shipping times and costs vary based on your location, order size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • New Zealand & Australia: 7–15 business days

    • Other countries: 10–25 business days (may vary by region)

  • You’ll see real-time shipping options and fees during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order through our tracking page or the shipping carrier’s website.

  • For remote areas, tracking updates may be limited. If you experience issues, we recommend checking with your local post office.

Remote Locations

  • Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times or limited tracking.

  • Additional remote area surcharges may apply. You’ll be notified at checkout if this applies to your address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal, you may need to pay a reshipping fee.

  • Musclewear is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Oversized Items

  • For larger orders or products, shipping costs may be calculated based on volumetric weight.
